How long will it take for my purchase to be delivered?In most cases, delivery and/or installation takes from 2-3 business days. What is the return policy?We will take everything back, except for a product that was used, damaged by the owner, or items from our 50% Off sale rack. Where do your products come from?All of our concrete fountains and pottery items are made in the United States. We also have clay pottery from Italy, Greece, China, Vietnam, the U.S., Turkey, and Mexico. The diversity carries over into all of our products and if you are interested in the origin of a specific item, please feel free to inquire. When is the best time to plant palm trees?Here in the San Joaquin Valley, you can plant palm trees any time of the year if it is already in a container, such as a five or fifteen gallon wood box. If you plan on digging one out of the ground, however, it is best to wait until spring or summer. Most plants like the warmer weather and you will have a better chance that the tree will survive. What are your fountains made of?Most of the fountains we sell at C.L.S. Imports are made of cast concrete. There are some made of fiber glass and also resin, however. The fiber glass and resin fountains will not last as long as the concrete, and may tip or blow over more easily, but they are not as heavy and easier to move around. Their for they will tip over or blow over easier than concrete. What kind of warranty does a new fountain come with?All the comcrete fountains are covered for one year against manufactured defects. This could be from the finish coming off to a crack in one of the bowls. Abuse, misuse, incorrect chemical treatments, or owner negligence are not covered, however. C.L.S. Imports only sells concrete products from reparable companies and we will do everything in our power to help you, our customer, be happy with the product. How many colors do the fountains come in?All of our manufacturers have various color options for you to choose from. There shouldn't be any problem finding a color you'll like. What size of bulb can I put in the light posts?We do not recommend anything higher than a 100-Watt bulb in the light posts we sell. We also recommend fluorescent bulbs, instead of the traditional incandescent bulbs, because they will use less energy. What color choices do I have for the light posts?We offer white, black, verdi and bronze finishes for our light posts. We can also do custom colors, all you need to do is pick out the color that you want from our paint supplier. How do I keep my fountain clear of algae and white scale?We carry several products that are formulated to treat these problems. To Treat Algae in Your Fountain

Do not use swimming pool products in your fountain as they are acidic and could damage the finish or ruin the pump, as well as void the warranties on both products. CLS Imports offer various other products for fountains, including ones to keep the foam down.
